This agreement contains the full terms and conditions which control your subscription of Any Kind of Service like Web Design & Development, Graphics Design, Digital marketing and others provided by Uniwebo.
The following words applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person taking services on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Uniwebo.
The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Uniwebo to the Client. And you acknowledge that you have read the Agreement, and you agree to its terms and conditions
Agreement
Please ensure that you read the project design, breakdown, quote properly and that all details of the work are included, understood and mutually agreed on with terms & conditions
Agreement
Uniwebo always try to complete any kind of task or service as soon as possible and the work delivery time is set by uniwebo and the client agrees but uniwebo may extend the time for some additional work or technical issues.
Please, allow sufficient time to uniwebo for the project for a professional and high quality output.
Note: Prices may increase for extra work
Required tools
The client will provide any kind of tools such as: theme plugin photo text etc. Uniwebo will use the developer version if necessary, if necessary, uniwebo will not be resfponsible for any damage to the site.
Uniwebo is not ready to give a refund if you do not want to use those tools or fail to provide tools.
Additional Work
Client should comfirm immediately if there any changes or issues to the project before complete the breakdown otherwise will incure a further charge after approval of the quote, design and others.
